222.36  CUSTODY PENDING ADMISSION.
 If a resource center or a special unit is unable to immediately
 receive a person committed under section 222.31, subsection 1,
 paragraph "b", the superintendent shall notify the court of the
 time when such person may be received.  In the meantime, said person
 shall be cared for under such order as the court may enter.
