 222.38  DELIVERY OF PERSON TO INSTITUTION, RESOURCE
 CENTER, OR SPECIAL UNIT.
 The court may, for the purpose of committing a person direct the
 clerk to authorize the employment of one or more assistants.  If a
 person with mental retardation is taken to an institution, resource
 center, or special unit, at least one attendant shall be of the same
 sex.
