222.39  RECEIPT ACKNOWLEDGED BY SUPERINTENDENT.
 The superintendent of the institution, resource center, or special
 unit on the order of commitment shall acknowledge receipt for said
 person.  The duplicate order shall be left with the superintendent
 and shall be sufficient authority to restrain and care for said
 committed person.
