222.41  EXCLUSIVE METHOD OF DISCHARGE.
 No person committed under this chapter shall be discharged from
 the institution, resource center, or special unit except as provided
 in this chapter.  Nothing in this chapter shall abridge the right of
 petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
