222.56  TRANSFER TO INSTITUTION FOR PERSONS WITH
 MENTAL RETARDATION.
 When the mental condition of a person in a private institution for
 persons with mental illness is found to be such that the patient
 should be transferred to an institution for persons with mental
 retardation, the person may be proceeded against under this chapter.
