222.58  ADMINISTRATOR TO KEEP RECORD.
 The administrator shall keep a record of all persons adjudged to
 be mentally retarded and of the orders respecting such persons by the
 courts throughout the state.  Copies of such orders shall be
 furnished by the clerk of the court without the administrator's
 application therefor.
