222.79  CERTIFICATION STATEMENT PRESUMED CORRECT.
 In actions to enforce the liability imposed by section 222.78, the
 certification statement sent from the superintendent to the county
 auditor pursuant to section 222.74 stating the sums charged in such
 cases shall be presumptively correct.
