 222.80  LIABILITY TO COUNTY.
 A person admitted or committed to a county institution or home or
 admitted or committed at county expense to a private hospital,
 sanitarium, or other facility for treatment, training, instruction,
 care, habilitation, and support as a patient with mental retardation
 shall be liable to the county for the reasonable cost of the support
 as provided in section 222.78.
