 229.1B  CENTRAL POINT OF COORDINATION PROCESS.
 Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, any
 person whose hospitalization expenses are payable in whole or in part
 by a county shall be subject to all requirements of the central point
 of coordination process.
