230.18  EXPENSE IN COUNTY OR PRIVATE HOSPITALS.
 The estates of persons with mental illness who may be treated or
 confined in any county hospital or home, or in any private hospital
 or sanatorium, and the estates of persons legally bound for their
 support, shall be liable to the county for the reasonable cost of
 such support.
