231.34  LIMITATION OF FUNDS USED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE
 PURPOSES.
 Of the state funds appropriated or allocated to the department for
 programs of the area agencies on aging, not more than seven and
 one-half percent of the total amount shall be used for area agencies
 on aging administrative purposes.
