233A.10 UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE.Section History: Early Form
It shall be unlawful for any parent or other person not a party to
such placing of a child to interfere in any manner or assume or
exercise any control over such child or the child's earnings. Said
earnings shall be used, held, or otherwise applied for the exclusive
benefit of such child, in accordance with section 234.37.
