239B.21  JOBS PROGRAM -- WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW
 APPLICABLE.
 A participant, with respect to employment performed under the JOBS
 program, shall be covered by the workers' compensation law or shall
 otherwise be provided with comparable protection.
