249A.18  COST-BASED REIMBURSEMENT -- RURAL HEALTH
 CLINICS AND FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS.
 Rural health clinics and federally qualified health centers shall
 receive cost-based reimbursement for one hundred percent of the
 reasonable costs for the provision of services to recipients of
 medical assistance.
