249J.13  CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH WAIVER SERVICES.
 The department shall provide medical assistance waiver services to
 not more than three hundred children who meet the eligibility
 criteria for the medical assistance program pursuant to section
 249A.3, and also meet the criteria specified in section 234.7,
 subsection 2.
