249J.17  OPERATIONS -- PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.
 Beginning July 1, 2006, the department shall submit a report of
 the results of an evaluation of the performance of each component of
 the Iowa Medicaid enterprise using the performance standards
 contained in the contracts with the Iowa Medicaid enterprise
 partners.
