249J.26  AUDIT -- FUTURE REPEAL.
 1.  The state auditor shall complete an audit of the provisions
 implemented pursuant to this chapter during the fiscal year beginning
 July 1, 2009, and shall submit the results of the audit to the
 governor and the general assembly by January 1, 2010.
 2.  This chapter is repealed June 30, 2010.
