252B.12  JURISDICTION OVER NONRESIDENTS.
 In an action to establish paternity or to establish or enforce a
 child support obligation, or to modify a support order, a nonresident
 person is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state as
 specified in section 252K.201.
