252B.2  UNIT ESTABLISHED -- INTERVENTION.
 There is created within the department of human services a child
 support recovery unit for the purpose of providing the services
 required in sections 252B.3 to 252B.6.  The unit is not required to
 intervene in actions to provide such services.
