 252G.6  ADMINISTRATION AND COSTS OF THE CENTRALIZED
 EMPLOYEE REGISTRY.
 1.  The registry shall maintain the information received from
 employers for a minimum period of six months.
 2.  State agencies accessing the centralized registry shall
 participate in a proportionate cost sharing to defray the
 administrative costs of the registry.  The amount of a state agency's
 proportionate share shall be established by rule of the department.
