257B.30  RELEASE OF MORTGAGE.
 The auditor shall, when the debt is paid, release any mortgage or
 issue a certificate of purchase, as the case may be, and report the
 same to the board of supervisors at its next meeting, which report
 shall be carried into the records of the board.
