 261A.22  WAIVER OF COMPETITIVE BIDDING.
 Competitive bidding requirements of the Code or other similar
 requirements that may be lawfully waived are waived by this section
 and any requirement of competitive bidding or other restriction
 imposed on the procedure for award of contracts is not applicable to
 action taken under this chapter.
