261A.35  GENERAL POWER OF AUTHORITY.
 The authority is authorized to assist institutions in the
 constructing, financing, and refinancing of projects, and the
 authority may take action authorized by this division.  The authority
 is authorized to be a member of limited liability companies organized
 for the purpose of leasing projects to institutions.
