262.50  PROHIBITED USE OF FUNDS.
 In discharging the obligations under section 262.49 the buildings,
 structures, areas, facilities and improvements at each of said
 institutions shall be considered as a unit and the rents, profits and
 other income available for such purposes at one institution shall not
 be used to discharge obligations created for similar purposes at
 another institution.
