262.7  INSTITUTIONS GOVERNED.
 The state board of regents shall govern the following
 institutions:
 1.  The state university of Iowa, including the university of Iowa
 hospitals and clinics.
 2.  The Iowa state university of science and technology, including
 the agricultural experiment station.
 3.  The university of northern Iowa.
 4.  The Iowa braille and sight saving school.
 5.  The state school for the deaf.
 6.  The Oakdale campus.
 7.  The university of Iowa hospitals and clinics' center for
 disabilities and development.
