266.19  RENEWABLE FUEL -- ASSISTANCE.
 The university shall cooperate in assisting renewable fuel
 production facilities supporting livestock operations managed by
 persons receiving assistance pursuant to the value-added agriculture
 component of the grow Iowa values financial assistance program
 established in section 15G.112.
