267.1  DEFINITIONS.
 As used in this chapter,
 1.  "Iowa state university" means the Iowa state university of
 science and technology.
 2.  "Livestock" means swine, sheep, poultry, cattle,
 ostriches, rheas, or emus.
 3.  "Producer" means a person engaged in the business of
 producing livestock for profit.
