270.5  CERTIFICATION TO DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
 The superintendent shall, on the first days of June and December
 of each year, certify to the director of the department of
 administrative services the amounts due from counties pursuant to
 sections 270.4 and 270.6, and the director of the department of
 administrative services shall credit the amounts due to the general
 fund of the state, and charge the amount to the proper county.
