275.11  PROPOSALS INVOLVING TWO OR MORE DISTRICTS.
 Subject to the approval of the area education agency board,
 contiguous or marginally adjacent territory located in two or more
 school districts may be united into a single district in the manner
 provided in sections 275.12 to 275.22.
