279.36  PUBLICATION PROCEDURES AND FEE.
 The requirements of section 279.35 are satisfied by publication in
 at least one newspaper published in the district or, if there is
 none, in at least one newspaper having general circulation within the
 district.
 For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1987, the fee for
 publications required under section 279.35 shall not exceed
 three-fifths of the legal publication fee provided by statute for the
 publication of legal notices.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1,
 1988, the fee for the publications shall not exceed three-fourths of
 that legal publication fee.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1,
 1989, and each fiscal year thereafter, the fee for the publications
 shall be the legal publication fee provided by statute.
