279.38A  MEMBERSHIP IN OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
 Duly elected members of boards of directors and designated
 administrators of school corporations may join, including the payment
 of dues, and participate in local, regional, and national
 organizations which directly relate to the functions of the board of
 directors.
