280.13B  TAPING AND BROADCAST FEES RESTRICTED.
 The Iowa high school athletic association or its successor
 organization, and the Iowa girls high school athletic union or its
 successor organization, shall not assess a charge for the videotape
 retransmission of a high school athletic tournament contest or event
 if the videotape retransmission does not occur earlier than
 twenty-four hours after the starting time of the live athletic
 contest or event.
