Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-305 > 305-11 305.11 TERMINATION OF STATE AGENCY -- RECORDS TRANSFER. Upon the termination of a state agency whose functions have not been transferred to another agency, custody of the records of the agency shall transfer to the commission.
