Any sale of land as herein authorized shall be upon the conditionsthat the tract, parcel, or piece of land so sold shall not be used inany manner so as to interfere with the use of the highway by thepublic, or to endanger public safety in the use of the highway, or tothe material damage of the adjacent owner.
