306.25 EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE. If a sale of land in connection with a primary road, state parkroad, or institutional road has been authorized as provided in thischapter, written conveyances containing the conditions as prescribedby the controlling state agency shall be made in the name of thestate and signed by the governor and secretary of state, with thegreat seal of the state of Iowa attached. If a sale of land inconnection with a secondary road has been authorized by the board ofsupervisors as provided in this chapter, written conveyancescontaining the provisions prescribed by the board of supervisorsshall be made in the name of the county and signed by the chairpersonof the board of supervisors and the county auditor.
