Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-309 > 309-24 309.24 UNIFORM AND UNIFIED PLAN REQUIRED. Said program or project shall be planned on the basis of one general, uniform, and unified plan for the complete and permanent construction of the roads embraced therein as to bridge, culvert, tile, and grading or other improvements.
