Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-310 > 310-11 310.11 PARTICIPATING COUNTY -- FUNDS RESERVED. Any county having complied with the provisions of this chapter may by its board of supervisors submit to the department for its approval project statements for the construction, reconstruction, or improvement of farm-to-market roads.
