Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-311 > 311-22 311.22 ROAD GRADED AND DRAINED. Any such secondary road shall be built to permanent grade and drained in a manner approved by the county engineer before being surfaced, as provided in this chapter.
