Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-313 > 313-63 313.63 ACTION BY ADJOINING STATE. The department shall not enter into an agreement of acceptance until the adjoining state enters into an agreement to accept ownership of that portion of the bridge being within the adjoining state.
