Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-317 > 317-17 317.17 ADDITIONAL NOXIOUS WEEDS. The board of supervisors shall order the weed commissioner, or commissioners, to destroy or cause to be destroyed any new weeds declared to be noxious by the secretary of agriculture, the cost of which shall be borne by the county.
