Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-317 > 317-24 317.24 PUNISHMENT OF OFFICER. Any officer referred to in this chapter who neglects or fails to perform the duties incumbent upon the officer under the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
