Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-321 > 321-221 321.221 EMPLOYING UNLICENSED CHAUFFEUR. A person shall not employ as a chauffeur of a motor vehicle a person not then holding a class D driver's license or a commercial driver's license as provided in this chapter.
