Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-321 > 321-59 321.59 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE. The department, upon granting any such application, shall issue to the applicant a certificate containing the applicant's name and address and the general distinguishing number assigned to the applicant.
