Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-322 > 322-32 322.32 CONSTRUCTION OF APPLICABILITY TO CONTRACTS. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair the obligations of a contract or to prevent a licensee hereunder from requiring performance of a written contract entered into with another licensee hereunder, nor shall the requirement of such performance constitute a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
