Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-326 > 326-20 326.20 BENEFITS EXTENDED TO LEASED VEHICLES. The department may, notwithstanding any provisions of the Code to the contrary, enter into reciprocity or proportional registration agreements which extend the benefits thereof to leased vehicles on the basis of the residence of the lessee.
