Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-328 > 328-40 328.40 PENALTIES. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or who makes any material false statement or representation in any application or statement filed with the department as required by this chapter or any of the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a fraudulent practice.
