Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-328 > 328-53 328.53 MARKING PUBLIC AIRCRAFT. All aircraft owned by the state or a governmental subdivision of the state shall be marked to show ownership in a readily apparent manner. The department may promulgate regulations for marking such aircraft.
