Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-329 > 329-14 329.14 ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES. Each violation of this chapter or of any regulations, order, or rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter, shall constitute a simple misdemeanor and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
