Statutes > Iowa > Title-9 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-349 > 349-2 349.2 SOURCE OF SELECTION. Such selection shall be from newspapers published, and having the largest number of bona fide yearly subscribers, within the county. When counties are divided into two divisions for district court purposes, each division shall be regarded as a county.
