Statutes > Iowa > Title-9 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-351 > 351-43 351.43 PENALTY. Any person refusing to comply with the provisions of sections 351.33 to 351.42 or violating any of their provisions, shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
